Amura GLA

Each Amura-GLA soft-gel contains 1,000mg of primrose oil, which contains 100mg of GLA (gamma linolenic acid). GLA is an omega-6 fatty acid. Most of us have excess of omega-6, But some of us can be deficient, particularly if we cannot digest our fat properly, or if we eat very little fat.
